Michal and his team recently refurbished our bathroom and a bedroom. I would definitely recommend them. Very helpful, friendly and great workmanship. Communication was great throughout and even when there were unavoidable delays this was explained carefully and they worked really hard to get the work done. We had a couple of extra jobs we needed doing and they were really helpful and accommodating with this. Fitting them in amongst everything else and charging a reasonable price.

For a relatively small job I was incredibly impressed with Michal's approach, he undertook several consultations prior to starting to ensure that he was well prepared, and he was very professional on site. He was clean, tidy, well organised and the quality of his work was exemplary - I would have no hesitation in using his services again.
We had a full bathroom renovation carried out by New Look and couldn't be happier with the results. Vojtek carried out the job and his workmanship cannot be faulted, arriving on time everyday and causing as little disruption as possible. He was a joy to have around the house during completion of the works, and Michał was very easy to talk to and extremely responsive and honest. The work took a little longer than planned but this was no fault of New Look, more due to the awkward space that the work needed to be done in, but the results are amazing. Thank you!
Michal and his team recently refitted 2 bathrooms to a very high standard. They are extremely hardworking - always arriving on time and working long hours when needed, although willing to adjust the timetable for us when required. The bathrooms are beautiful and immaculately fitted. They were very courteous and kept the work tidy, clearing up each day.
